My coaching method is NOT about following a specical diet, counting calories, getting specific about the macronutrient ratio, cutting out whole food groups (carbs can stay), trying to be the β€˜perfect’ healthy eater, saying goodbye to your fav foods or following strict meal plans (yuck!). If that approach worked - you wouldn’t be stuck binge, emotional and overeating today. We both know that more nutrition advice is not going to solve your eating struggles. And I think you’ve had an inkling it’s a mindset + emotional thing, and that might scare you a little, as you you’ve been avoiding it for a while, but I want you to know I’ll be here for you every step of the way. This food freedom journey might get a little uncomfy, and it is unbelievably worth it, getting your life, time & energy back is priceless!

Meet your coach, Charlotte!

I’m a Binge Eating & Health Coach NZ on a mission to empower woman to stop binge eating, emotional emotional and overeating, and find food freedom by transforming their mindset and relationship with food, body & self.

I personally struggled with yo-yo dieting, binge eating, low self-esteem, stress and fatigue for years. For all those years, I thought I was a willpower weakling and tried to punish myself into being a β€˜good’ dieter and hate myself into the body of my dreams. I was following all the β€œdieting” advice that resulted in the opposite of what it promised. I used to measure my self-worth according to the number on scale. Except, no matter what the number said it was never good enough.

Fed with stressing about food & body and counting every almond, I started devouring every book, podcast and video I could about holistic health, which led me to discover the Institute for the Psychology of Eating and become a Certified Eating Psychology Coach. The certification not only transformed my relationship with food & body, but my relationship with myself as I am now proudly my own best friend and biggest cheerleader.

Since then, I've continue to walk my own path of personal development, immersing myself in various courses and books, and becoming a trained Demartini Method Facilitator and Tabwoo Transformational Practitioner.

It is my deepest desire to help you experience this same feeling of freedom and ease around food & body, and cultivate a relationship with yourself you never thought possible.

So transformative coaching is the next best thing and this 16 Week journey is a spacious amount of time to do the work, embody the foundational concepts, deep dive into all the things and facilitate necessary breakthroughs/mindset shifts.

    Walking the path of 'The Relaxed Eater' is a moment to moment practice that you'll continue to deepen into over time.
